It is nice to hear from you and good that you have sent a photo of your school.
It's a good practice to share images and photos with each other in order to use it when we start our project.
Here in Sweden we don't have any snow in the southern parts yet but there is more than a meter snow in the north. We are now in the period of ending this semester with all the tests included so that the students will have a "more or less" accurate grade to show their parents at christmas. In Sweden students don't get a grade until the 8:th class ( when they are 14).
What about you?
What's the weather like? What about your grade system, do your students get grade from first class?

My colleagues are pretty happy with our ideas. As you can see, two of them have already contributed to the blog. The Art teacher is very enthusiastic, she's started planning the film!
One thing that concerns them is if one blog for the whole project will be enough. Some people think that we should have one blog for teachers and one for students. What do you think?
And what about Monica and Billy? Shall we assume they have given up? We should start writing our application or, at least, start planning it.
